Fish 'n Mango

Time: 15 minutes

• 1 lb. cod or similar white fish (shrimp or scallops work too)
• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
• 1 large mango, peeled, seeded, and diced
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 4 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 cup cabbage, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
• 1 Tbsp. wheat-free Tamari
• sea salt
