The Performance Menu: Journal of Health & Athletic Excellence is a monthly magazine that contains articles exploring Olympic weightlifting, strength training, athletic strength & conditioning, fitness training, CrossFit, nutrition—including recipes—for athletes, coaches and trainers.

The journal's PDF format allows us to keep subscription cost down and fill issues with more useful content than advertising.

Subscribers receive download links to new issues each month via email, and are also able to log into their subscriber accounts on our website to download all issues from the period of their subscriptions.
